4. Use of Third-Party Services

  • RPC providers and bridges

Child Safety & CSAE Standards


Wire Wallet is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We maintain the following standards and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and platform requirements.

  1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAE
    Wire Wallet strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or related content. This includes the creation, distribution, possession, or facilitation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
    Any account found to be involved in CSAE or CSAM activity will be immediately suspended and reported to appropriate authorities, as required by law.


  2. Prevention and Detection of CSAM
    Wire Wallet does not allow user-generated media uploads, messaging, or content sharing that could be used to distribute CSAM. Our platform is designed to minimize abuse vectors and does not host or transmit image or video content.
    If CSAM is detected or suspected through user reports or system monitoring, we take immediate action to remove access, preserve relevant data where legally required, and escalate to law enforcement or child protection agencies.


  3. In-App User Reporting & Feedback
    Wire Wallet provides an in-app mechanism for users to submit feedback or report concerns, including suspected abuse or unsafe behavior. Reports are reviewed promptly by our trust and safety team.
    Users may also contact us directly via our official support channels for urgent safety concerns.


  4. Legal Compliance
    Wire Wallet complies with all applicable child safety, online safety, and reporting laws, including regulations related to child sexual abuse material and exploitation in the jurisdictions where we operate.
    We cooperate fully with lawful requests from authorities and maintain procedures for mandatory reporting when required.
